		<description>Great article especially the one about having the knowledge but without the action its useless. Really fits to my situation and also alot of the other points too. Seems like I can&#039;t seem to find the time to push myself to do the work. Either I&#039;m to tired or simply just push it off to do it on another day. I&#039;m going to do my best to try to follow your strategy. Thanks alot!</description>
