		<description>Wrt &quot;Borrowing your way to prosperity&quot;, I tend to agree with &quot;Kitty&quot;.  It isn&#039;t all the lenders&#039; fault- people need to take responsibility.  

What do you suggest employers do about retirement?  My employer doesn&#039;t do jack about it, and I take it into my own hands by budgeting some of the money they pay me in my paycheck to save for retirement myself.  Personally, when I worked for an employer that did do a lot for retirement, I never really knew much of what was going on.  We need to be responsible for our own financial lives.  Depending on employers to take money out of our checks for something we need kind of states that if they had paid us that money, we wouldn&#039;t know well enough to do the responsible thing with it.  I feel the same way about banks with &quot;autosave&quot;.  And, the &quot;keep the change&quot; program.  

Regarding what to name your child- Everyone is giving their children weerd naymes these days.  And not only are they making up completely random names, they are making up completely random spellings.  In fact, I think the only children that are going to be given a hard time about their names are going to be the ones named &quot;Johnny&quot; and so on...</description>
