Fall is rapidly approaching, and we’re getting a good taste of it this week. Temperatures are not expected to make it past 60 during the day and drop in the 40s overnight in the coming days. This doesn’t bode well for us since we don’t have any propane in our tank to run our furnace. I was hoping to be able to put off the refill until October in anticipation of slightly lower prices, but that may not happen. Earlier this year I wrote about choosing when to buy propane in order to save money, and thanks to mother nature we may not have a choice. They are calling for a warm up next week, so hopefully we can prolong the purchase a few more weeks.
