Poll: Have You Finished Your Christmas Shopping Yet?

When I woke up this morning and looked at the calendar I couldn’t believe it said December 21st. That means Christmas is in just a few short days! Then I started to think about what was left that had to be done before we begin our travels. Luckily, we don’t have to buy for very many people and for those that we do, most of the shopping has already been completed. But there are always a few people that seem to fall through the cracks until the last few days.
Speaking of last-minute gifts, do you have a go-to gift that you give when you run out of time and can’t shop for what you really want? Maybe a holiday food basket of some sort, some DVDs, or the classic gift card?
So, where do you stand on your holiday shopping with just a few days left? And if you’re under the gun, what are your plans to make sure everyone gets something this year?

I actually finished like 2 days after black friday… but the before black friday option was the most representative of where I stand.
This year due to the recession, my friends and family and I decided to do a christmas exchange where we would get a gift for only one person that way we could concentrate on one gift and make it more meaningful as well.
Since we just had a new baby around Thanksgiving, my wife and I are way behind in doing our Christmas shopping. But, we are almost ready. Now to the wrapping!
I finished shopping last Wednesday. But I still need to wrap the presents, and bake cookies. If I had this week off it wouldn’t be a big deal, but I don’t, so I’m a stress monkey right now.
We’ve decided to avoid doing the xmas gifts this year so I’m off the hook!

There are 4 people in my family.
So each have duties to buy some thing new.
Therefore everything is so easy and convenient!
Christmas is always very happy in our small house!
