I finally got resolution with Docker's with the airline ticket promo that was a nightmare and something we will never do again. This took us almost two years and after they messed up our vacation for a whole year. We called and called. We finally got our airline tickets, but have to fly out of a town 45 miles away instead of 12...(we were lied to by the travel agency handling our airfare with Docker's, and they said there were no tickets out of Green Bay, WI, but there were many and booked us from Appleton, WI). We called and complained constantly and we recieved money for travel to Appleton and parking our car. I will review our information and see if there is another number you can contact them. I hope you get this resolved as this is one nightmare I do not to repeat.

I participated in the Docker's/Kohl's 2008 Father's Day 2-night Hotel Stay promotion. I still have not had resolution. TLC Marketing was aweful in every aspect of my interaction with them - misleading, non-responsive, not professional, and possibly fraudulent. I could only leave VM's, a # I was given connected to a fax line, etc, etc. At the beginning I was sent the same letter mentioned by others that my form was not completed properly. It was a bogus attempt to exclude me last minute from the program, but I returned it via next day air and I made the cutoff. However, I truly wonder if they ever had the intent of filling my request. I kept getting the word that they were so busy filling requests, that I was in a queue, don't call us, we'll call you, etc, etc. Today I called the Docker's Consumer Relations number of 1-800-362-5377. I'll see what comes of that. If anyone else has had success addressing this in getting what was promised, please let us know.

I am also having trouble with TLC Marketing getting a response to my request for 2 nights in a hotel and 2 dinners. I did get a message offering $100 or $125 in meal vouchers instead of the original deal. I, unfortunalely, opted for the original deal. After reading all of the other complaints I am now going to the Attorney General's office in Ohio and Ma.

I keep getting a recording weekly from Dockers stating they will be contacting me to arrange airline tickets. This has been going on for weeks. This all is from buying clothes from Dockers last Fall and still nothing. If we all file a complaint with our Consumer Board from our state we can help so this does not happen again to anyone. Please contact your State Consumer Board or your attorney general and file a claim today. Besides all of this they have messed up all my vacation this year. I think we all have learned a lot and will never do this again. I will never buy another Dockers product and will never shop at Penneys as they sponsored this mess.

Looks like I have also been ripped off. I did a promotion with TLC Marketing/Dockers and Kohls. Spend $100 on Dockers and get a free two night hotel stay and two dinners. I filled the form out in its entirety and just received a letter saying they could not complete my request do to the form not being completed. That is bogus. My girlfriend also received the same letter. There is no one at TLC to take our calls since the promotion ended 7/31. I went to Kohls today and someone there is looking into it and getting back to me. I will try calling Dockers also with the #'s above. I can't believe it and I did give my credit card info!

I am having same problem and wasted so much time and money on it. Every time I call they tell that they will mail me but so far I have not received anything in past 8 months. I have lodged my complaint with FTC and will request all of you to file your complaint with the consumer board as mentioned above by Beth so that it never happens again. Following is the website to file complaint:

https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/FTC_Wizard.aspx?Lang=en

You will need following information about Dockers as Beth mentioned:

I am contacting the Consumer Board and file a complaint. No matter what happens Dockers should not do this to consumers. They need us…..I hope others will follow so they can have complaints on file from all over the US.

Dockers is listed under Levi Strauss and Co.

My update is that TLC denied my claim because I didn't fill in the credit card information. I'm sorry, but my background is in the financial world and I will NEVER mail my credit card number and expiration date to a company that I've never heard of before. Are you kidding? I wrote to "please contact me" for that information and left a phone number. Little did I know that it would cost me 2 plane tickets for being a responsible consumer. They said that very few people refused to send their credit card info to them in the mail. That is scary...

On another note, I have worked in the travel business and you do NOT need a card to hold a ticket for 24 hours or need to pay the taxes in advance. They are obviously trying to get out of paying these any way that they can. TLC is the worst. Dockers is being dragged down because of them. They have succeeded in putting a sour taste in my mouth, that's for sure.

At least most of you got a voucher or the booking form. I sent in my receipt with the intial form and have received nothing in 1 year. I called 2 times every month and finally got tired dealing with TLC Marketing who have the worse customer service ever. I called to tell them that I moved and wanted my booking form to be sent to the new address and they said they would do it, BUT what they really do is just update in their "notes and comments" section but not forward the complaint to anyone. Because of this experience I don't know if you can really trust promotions that are "too good to be true".

As a JCPenney associate, I too took advantage of the free airline ticket deal, only to be put through a lot of grief, I bought the required dockers sent in the form on the same day, recieved a call stateing they recieved my forms and would be contacted in a week, so I made hotel and car reservations booked attraction tickets scheduled vacation and had everything ready, but wait noone has ever called me yet. I waited another week still nothing, then I called and was told I was not anywhere in the system and they had no record of me. I asked for a supervisor or manager and was told they were too busy to talk to me and there would be nothing they could do anyway. OK so now Im pi$$ed but wait before I could call back I recieve a call and guess what suddely Im booked to go to Las Vegas, what that was never one of my choises, I wanted to go to Orlando. Talking to them they said there was no flights available to Orlando on the dates I wanted and I could only go to Las Vegas. I then checked on line to flights to Orlando Via USAIR while still on the phone with them. I found several flights with plenty of open seating. I had to tell the travel agent what flight I wanted and how to find it. She said everything was taken care of and that I was booked. Here comes the best part, My fault I didnt check again and I went to the closest departing airport a 3 hour drive went up and checked in got my tickets made my way to the terminal and guess what I was going to Vegas!! not Orlando. Here is where I stand right now, reservations and universal studio tickets prepaid, and too late to cancel as I only had 3 days prior to arival without loseing money and no place to stay or a car to where Im going and 3 second away from going postal.I didnt even have the right clothes packed for Vegas cause of course I was planning on being at the beach not in the desert. Moral of the story, if it seems too good to be true it is, and as an assoiate of JCPenneys I tell all my customers my story when a prmotional event like this comes up. Yes I went to Vegas and immediately called the travel agent.
