I’m glad it’s Friday. It has been an unusually busy week at work and I can’t wait to go home and catch up on some outdoor activities while the nice weather is sticking around. This week we find many great articles to sink your teeth into:
Mutual Fund Basics: Asset Allocation and Balanced Funds – The sun takes us through a tour of these different fund classifications and who can benefit from them. I’m a fan of some of these funds for investors who want a hands-off approach yet want to simplify their holdings.
10 Tips on Life and Disability Insurance – SVB has ten great tips to consider with your life and disability insurance. They are getting more, should you?
How 5 Minutes Can Save You $120 – Ben takes a look at something I wrote about last year. I have to highlight Ben’s post because it is so easy to do that you could be throwing money away if you don’t.
The Subprime Mess: All About Ignorance – Who’s to blame for this mess? I think it is a combination of ignorance on both the lenders and borrowers, but Golbguru goes into much more detail about the situation.
The End of My Credit Card Arbitrage – Lazy Man has had a hard time with Discover. Is someone trying to put the kibosh on his arbitrage?
